This stunning whimsical bohemian style shoot of lavender and love was envisioned by Rebecca of Rivkah Photography. “Finally we had the lavender bloom at the right time…we wanted a warm and romantic feel and Long Meadow Farm was perfect. It was a florist’s heaven with dahlias, roses, peonies, herbs, and lavender abounding. Our florist, Lynda, showed up with scissors and ribbon and created all the floral on site. We used the natural elements around us as décor. We waited out the sun for three hours to get these photos. You can almost see the bees floating around in the golden rays of the dramatic sunset!”
The magical combination of the sunset and light bouncing off the purple lavender showcase the beautiful wedding couple. Our fav things? The head wreath of lavender for the bride and the beige vest on our groom. Of course, our love for the award-winning floral bouquet goes without saying. The two perfectly placed blush pink dahlias center the surrounding greenery and floral.
The simplicity of the lavender in glass vases, gilt-edged plates, and silver floral containers create a lovely tablescape worthy of the natural landscape. Beribboned cutler and paper suite with colour stained edges completes this perfect bohemian dreamscape!
