Wedding on the Water for Emily + Mark! We loved all the west coast city fun the wedding party enjoyed. Museums, ferries, boat docks and, of course, the beach. Family and friends enjoyed the water and boat theme this couple showcased throughout their special day filled with candid moments.Newlyweds on the beach in front of art installation in Vancouver

The couple had their ceremony at the Museum of Vancouver, that looks like a modern space ship on the outside! They got dressed there as well, which is a great choice with all that breathtaking natural light coming in. The ceremony itself was full of raw emotion as there was a ton of tears- happy tears as the family was just so excited this day was finally here. Emily & Mark were full of smiles and laughter during their nuptials. Wedding Couple exchange vows at Museum of Vancouver

Afterwards, everyone headed behind the museum to the beachfront area, where the couple danced in front of the HUGE art installation! The bridesmaids were arrayed in various shades of blue and carried small posies of white, orange and yellow daises and mums. Emily wore a skirt and top bridal ensemble and fingertip veil with the bright nautical bouquet. The groom and his groomsmen finished the look with blue suits and ties. Last, but not least, this couple sported John Fluevog! Newlyweds wearing John Fluevog shoes Vancouver

Emily and Mark took the ferry over to the False Creek Yacht Club on Granville Island where they joined their guests for their reception This venue features what looks like infinity stairs from above and so they chose this to stage their wedding party photos.  Friends and family enjoyed the magnificent view of the water throughout the evening  while enjoying the nautical blue decor. The reception itself was full of fun and wonderful speeches that did not leave a dry eye in the room.Wedding on the Water guests enjoy the view at False Creek Yacht Club Vancouver
