The bridal gown is a gorgeous boat neck style with a skirt featuring a high slit and back wraparound. A tiara is the perfect finishing touch. The groom is in formal wear with floral suit pocket. Their sweetheart table features ruched linens, gold taper candle holders with candles and a bouquet of brightly coloured flowers tied with ribbons.
The Sicamous ship sits along the beach and has it’s own history. This steamship began working the river in Penticton in 1914 and remains today as a museum. Wedding couples are fortunate if such historical backdrops are available for their intimate photography session and this shoot took advantage of the whole nautical theme.
The paper suite especially creates a sailboat and sand feeling. The menu titled ‘First We Eat’ is perfect on the pedestal table that also has the sweetest sailboat place cards. Navy blue, light blue and white paper completes the water coloured palette.
