Cozy Elopement Inspiration in Fraser Valley…this cozy wedding styled shoot is inspired by the chilly weather. The cold creates a kind of mood that makes a person want to get closer and cozier with the one that they love. What would you get if you had a bride and groom that wanted to celebrate their love, enjoying the wintry west coast-ness, but also wanted to leave time and space to cozy and warm up by the fireplace. So that mood became the theme of this visual palette.
The green gown is not something that we often see but the lush colour stands out against the white surroundings. Bridal style at an elopement can include dress changes and, why not, what is there to stop you? This style shoot features a white dress with long sleeves and lace bodice paired with a natural beauty look. 
Floral was a big part of our focus with the main display over top of the fireplace as well as the floral decadence that lay splayed on the dining table. The key floral piece is the floral sash that the bride wears in lieu of a bouquet. With the green dress, she holds a special bouquet filled with roses, anemone and greenery that drips down over the gown. The reception table, with lush roses and greenery, is the perfect backdrop to the white place settings and candles. 
We love how the fireplace scene comes together. The warmth of the fireplace, decked out in candles and shaggy furs, and crowned with the asymmetrical greenery display piece is the perfect vibe for a cozy elopement inspiration in Fraser Valley.
